WARRANTIES AND GUARANTEES~Nature Coast Tree Corp gives no warranty or
guarantee, express or implied, to any customer or customer's agent, heirs,
assigns, successors or representatives, or any third party as to the life,
description, quality, protectiveness, merchantability, fitness for
purpose, or fitness for particular use beyond the description of the
plants as true to name, properly grown and graded at the time of purchase.

PRICES~All prices are F.O.B.
Nature Coast Tree Corp, Bell, FL and are
subject to change without notice.
TERMS~A 25% deposit is required when the trees are ordered or tagged for
digging.
A 10% processing fee will be assessed on the total price of all orders for
changes or cancellations prior to digging.
Balance is due upon delivery.
PAYMENT~C.O.D.
SHIPPING~In the event that Nature Coast Tree Corp arranges for shipment of
stock, the customer will be responsible for all transportation charges.
All transportation costs must be paid in cash or check to a Nature Coast
Tree Corp representative upon delivery.
Nature Coast Tree Corp assumes no responsibility for results after
planting. |
